Join us on Wednesday, June 3, at the Hyatt Place Pearl Street in Boulder Junction for an unforgettable evening with Jon Jon Wesolowski, known to millions as The Happy Urbanist. At the event, Jon Jon will engage you in an interactive presentation that decodes Boulder’s best streets and examines why some public places work while others don’t, using his signature blend of street-level storytelling and strategic problem-solving.
Jon Jon has traveled the world with his family, studying firsthand what makes cities not just livable, but genuinely delightful. His TikTok videos (on his own channel and with Strong Towns) have earned over 10 million likes and 430,000 followers because he has a rare gift: he makes you see your own city with completely fresh eyes.
During Jon Jon’s featured presentation from 3:30 to 5 pm, we’ll enjoy a conversation about the places we love, the streets we avoid, and the small design choices that make an enormous difference in how happy, and how connected, a city feels. From 5 to 6:30 pm, we’ll keep the happiness and ideas flowing with activities hosted by key Transportation Connections partners through our Business After Hours networking happy hour.
