This month, Boulder got a micromobility upgrade! The City of Boulder announced that it has renewed its contracts with BCycle and Lime. Over the next few weeks, you’ll see something new around town, in addition to Lime’s fleet of e-scooters: LimeGliders!
LimeGliders are seated electric scooters built for comfort, ease, and accessibility. Lime will provide up to 200 devices in Boulder so more people, in more places, have more ways to leave the car at home.
Over the past year, BCycle e-bikes and Lime e-scooters provided 1.6 million rides in Boulder, and this summer’s contract renewal means even more options are headed your way: expanded BCycle stations, new e-bikes on the horizon, and 25% off Lime rides starting in high-frequency transit areas.
