CO 7 Multimodal Corridor Segment B Preliminary Design Recommendations Now Available

🚧 PROJECT UPDATE 🚧 | CO 7 Multimodal Corridor from Brighton to Boulder

Preliminary design and recommendations for CO 7 (Arapahoe Road) Multimodal Corridor Segment B are available on the project website. These early designs will address transportation challenges in a critical commuter and business route between 63rd Street and US 287.

A series of educational videos are now available on the project website: https://www.codot.gov/projects/studies/co7-brighton-boulder/segmentb. These brief videos showcase example conceptual designs and recommendations. Your input about community needs, concerns, values and areas of conflict helped refine the overall preliminary design and recommendations.

More about the Project

The CO 7 Corridor Segment B Project is currently in the preliminary engineering study and environmental phase. Funding partners include Boulder County, Denver Regional Council of Governments, and other local municipalities. The partnership is a joint effort with the CO 7 Coalition and through a successful Transportation Improvement Program application with local agencies matched funding.

As part of the preliminary design phase, the project team will identify infrastructure costs that help us pursue funding to construct the improvements in the future.
