Boulder’s biggest active-commuting celebration of the year is almost here, and we want to see you there!

Wednesday, June 24 is Bike to Work Day, the signature event of Boulder’s Walk & Bike Month 2026. Whether you ride, walk, scooter, or roll, it’s a perfect excuse to ditch the car for a day and experience Boulder at its most energetic.

The Boulder Chamber (and your friends at BCTC!) will be hosting a free Breakfast Super Station in the Chamber parking lot at 2440 Pearl St. from 6:30 to 9:00 am. Come hungry! We’ll have breakfast burritos, doughnuts, and coffee waiting for you, along with a sold-out expo with something for everyone:

  • Interactive art with Open Studios
  • Health-boost experiences from Hydrate IV Therapy, Beemlight Sauna, and Next Health
  • A robotic lawnmowing demo with EcoLawn
  • Cold beverages from HopLark and treats from Voodoo Doughnuts
  • Learn how to get around with Lime and Via Mobility Services
  • Check out innovative secure bike trunks from Stowe Trunks
  • Meet TGTHR and CordenPharma
  • Get the scoop on wayfinding, e-bike safety, and bike registration from the City of Boulder

The fun doesn’t stop at 9 am. Cap off your active commute day at the Walk & Bike to Work Happy Hour at Zeal Restaurant in Boulder Junction from 4 to 6 pm. Hosted by Community Cycles, the event features free food and a chance to connect with city and community partners about Boulder’s transportation options. It’s a great way to meet your fellow commuters and learn more about what’s available to help you get around sustainably year-round.

We’ll see you Wednesday, bright and early!
